The 3 month project ended up taking 18 months and it was a very painful experience.

Mike Plante was extremely professional in helping us develop the requirements and plans for converting our 10x20 screened porch to a 10 x 30 family room.
The work started on time and finished on the committed date and on budget. There were no surprises and Mike kept us posted along the way since our primary residence is 90 miles away. The punch list was minimal and the minor items were taken care of right away.

"Congratulations on your office move to Lottsburg and the continued expansion of your business. We were two of your 'Charter' projects five years ago. Although our two projects were small in dollar value, they were huge challenges for us.
We had two river cottages built back in the 1950s for summer homes which were in great need for major renovation and interior modifications to convert them from closed-in small rooms to fully open, modern living spaces for year-round use. Challenges included modernizing septic systems, knocking out walls, bumping out rooms, raising porch floor level to house level, installing new floors and refinishing old floors to match each other, building a 23' x 20' addition at one house and opening up the entire living area into one room, installing great new windows and sliding doors for beautiful views of the river, insulating old walls, new and renewed fitting of drywall for ceilings and walls, demolishing a basement and rebuilding it to have a water removal system, new heating and AC units and otherwise making these two old houses great places to be.
I look back on the entire experience with gratitude to Eagle River for making our dreams come true and your personal involvement in these projects. We gained a great friend in the process. Eagle River Construction is by far the best domestic builder in the 'Great Northern Neck.'"
